Daniel Landis and Roy Tedesco opened their law practice and founded the law firm of Tedesco & Landis, P.A. in 1992. Although Roy retired in 2001 Daniel continued to practice. Daniel received his undergraduate degree from the University of Florida in 1984 and his Juris Doctorate from the University of Miami School of Law where he graduated Cum Laude in 1988.

He has been practicing real estate law in Florida since 1989 as a civil trial lawyer with an emphasis on real estate related litigation and as transactional counsel handling residential and commercial real estate matters. Daniel is a member and authorized agent of Old Republic National Title Insurance Company and Chicago Title Insurance Company, two of Florida’s largest title underwriters.
